The Beach Boys - Little Honda

GO!

I'm gonna wake you up early
Cause I'm gonna take a ride with you
We're going down to the Honda shop
I'll tell you what we're gonna do
Put on a ragged sweatshirt
I'll take you anywhere you want me to

First gear (Honda Honda) it's alright (go faster faster)
Second gear (little Honda Honda) I lean right (go faster faster)
Third gear (Honda Honda) hang on tight (go faster faster)
Faster it's alright

It's not a big motorcycle
Just a groovy little motorbike
It's more fun that a barrel of monkeys
That two wheel bike
We'll ride on out of the town
To any place I know you like

First gear (Honda Honda) it's alright (go faster faster)
Second gear (little Honda Honda) I lean right (go faster faster)
Third gear (Honda Honda) hang on tight (go faster faster)
Faster it's alright

It climbs the hills like a matchless
Cause my Honda's built really light
When I go into the turns
Lean [Tilt] with me and hang on tight
I better turn on the lights
So we can ride my Honda tonight

First gear (Honda Honda) it's alright (go faster faster)
Second gear (little Honda Honda) I lean right (go faster faster)
Third gear (Honda Honda) hang on tight (go faster faster)
Faster it's alright

First gear (Honda Honda) it's alright (go faster faster)
Second gear (little Honda Honda) I lean right (go faster faster)
Third gear (Honda Honda) hang on tight (go faster faster)
Faster it's alright

CB750 Lovers - Thank You Paulo

In less than 3 weeks my seat will be fully upholstered, and will be posted here on Cling On. So to have the seat on a cool blog like Mr. Joe Kings Speedshop, way before it is even finished is an honor.

Thank you Paulo :)

CR750 Replica On Ebay

This day just gets better and better. Ebay is full of good Honda racing sales at the moment… Somebody most really fell the recession in the US???

This Honda CR 750 was built in 2010, and the engine has racing camshaft, ported and gas flowed head, Boyer ignition, lightened crank, double disc brakes, alloy rims front and rear, shortened frame, Swarbrick megaphone exhaust, and alloy oil tank.

And the race fairing is painted in Honda factory racing colours – NICE !!!

CR750 Drag Bike Parts – On Ebay

Wow somebody is pulling apart an old drag bike!

And this somebody is Mr. Redlined24, and he has some rare and collectable CR drag bike parts for sale… If I had 1000$ to spare, I would by the lot!!!

Have a look yourself.

RC Performance Head

This performance head is from an RC Cobra engine, and includes alloy spring retainers, heavy duty valve springs and aftermarket valves. The combustion chamber has been enlarged to accommodate the increased size of the 1060 cylinders/pistons.

1060cc RC Drag Bike Cylinder

This is the real deal, this is the famous RC1060 cylinders pulled out of storage after 30 years!
Bored for 73mm pistons a stock bike runs anywhere from 35-50Hp with the 1060 kit you will be pushing 100Hp. If you want a piece of racing history; this is it!

73mm Aaris Pistons

This set of 73mm Aaris pistons is also originally from the RC 1060 Cobra engine, and are in good shape. The exhaust valve kissed two of the pistons, and left slight indents. But no cracks or holes in the pistons.

RC Golden Rods

I personally have only seen on set of original RC gold rods on Ebay before, and they are truly rare to find. These rods are only for the biggest of the bigbore engines, and for high-stress applications. Not street machines!!!

RC Performance Camshaft

Action fours ss2a cam, do I have to say more? Ok here is more… This piece of stick runs at an optimal rpm rate of no less than 6.500 rpm [Bare in mind that this is a machine from the 60’s!!!], and race valves and spring sets are recommended – NO SHIT!?!

Tachometer Plug Solution???

Hmm… I am not going to be old-fashioned about all this I hope; I know that there are many ways to skin a cat! This solution will most definitely keep dust and shit out of your tachometer gear, but this pictures deserves to be on http://thereifixedit.failblog.org/

This tachometer plug is more fun and practical, than cool and aesthetic
Or am I just getting old and grumpy???

The Cafe Fabrication CB750 Café Racer

Wow!!! Way to go Cafe Fabrication [http://cafefabrications.blogspot.com/]

This  CB750 café racer is build by Cafe Fabrications, and is on of the best CB750s I have seen in a long time!
The blend of new and old sometimes become strange looking, and does not fit older bikes – but this really works out well (surprisingly???).

The exhausts system is one of the most striking features of this bike, and gives the bike a Ducati race tail look. It most have taken some time to make that piece of tube?! I just love heat wrap, and this is no exception!!! F-ck it is a looker!!!

The modern front forks just make the bike look so much beefier, and the modern wheels are so much better to this style than spokes or 1970s mags.

The seat leather also got some TLC, it shows... And when you really look at this bike there are many custom pieces like the left engine cover, carp velocity stacks, and the VERY nice job that has been done on the frame cut in the tail – this is really pretty compared to the normal strait cut on most CB750 café racers!

All in all this is the best CB750 Café Racer of 2011 if you ask me.

This Week's Cling On Girl...

...Likes her safety gear! I like it too.
